Felecia Clifton is the administrator of the Gordon Erickson Music Library and cataloger of music materials for the University of North Dakota. The library of music is located in the Hughes Fine Arts Center and houses an extensive collection of sound recordings (11,000+), musical scores, books, and reference materials. The Library is named in honor of Gordon Erickson, who donated his distinguished compilation of music scores. The library added sound recordings contributed by the KFJM public radio station, faculty, and other donors. Recently, a generous endowment from the estate of Edna Ullyot has provided for the continued development and expansion of the collection in all areas of study.
Though beginning her career as a cataloger, Felecia has specialized in the cataloging of scores and sound recordings after attending the University of Illinois Music Cataloging Workshop. Augmenting that study was the addition of management and supervisory training through the University of North Dakota to fulfill the administrative duties of the position.
