Empire Art Center's Red Carpet Celebration is March 7 The Empire Art Center's 2nd Annual Red Carpet Celebration is at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, March 7. Enjoy fine food and drinks, the Academy Awards live on the big screen and Grand Forks' own celebrity, Terry Dullum, as host. You'll be entertained all evening with an oscar prediction contest, oscar trivia, prizes and more. All proceeds will benefit the Empire Arts Center.
