Annual staff employee performance evaluations due March 1 Annual staff employee performance evaluations are due to be completed and forwarded to the Office of Human Resources by March 1. The Performance Management Plan form is available electronically and may be found at http://www.humanresources.und.edu/html/Forms.htm. Employees who have had an evaluation completed since Sept. 1, 2009, or employees who have had a six month probation evaluation completed prior to Dec. 31, 2009, do not need an annual evaluation completed. Please review and discuss the evaluation with the employee and return the signed forms to Human Resources, Twamley Hall Room 313, Stop 8010, no later than March 1.
