Spring Culture series continues Feb. 18 Office of International Programs continues to celebrate Black History month with another Spring Culture series event. It will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, in the Memorial Union Ballroom. It will start with a presentation, and a sampling of food will follow. The event is free and the food costs $1.
