Justice Daniel Crothers to present School of Law Constitution Day program North Dakota Supreme Court Justice Daniel Crothers will make a presentation on the regional significance of judicial independence issues, focusing on an initiative that is on the South Dakota ballot in November. The topic is “The Role of Judicial Independence in Our Constitutional System." The program is Monday, Sept. 18, from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. in the Baker Courtroom.
