University Senate elects 2006-2007 leadership Tom Petros (Psychology) was elected 2006-2008 Vice Chair/Chair Elect of the University Senate at that body's Sept. 7 meeting. Doug Munski (Geography) is the 2006-2007 University Senate Chair. Michele Iiams (Math) and Steven Light (Political Science) were elected for two-year terms and Kathy Smart (Teaching and Learning) was elected for a one-year term as faculty representative on the Committee on Committees. Will Gosnold (Geology) was elected to a two-year term as faculty representative, and Student Body President Nathan Martindale was elected to a one-year term as student representative on the Senate Executive Committee.
