Roast Beef Philly: Thinly sliced roast beef, caramelized onions and provolone cheese on a toasted hoagie bun. Your choice of horseradish sauce, mayo, ground mustard, or Grey Poupon. Soup Fresh Pea Soup Salads Tuna White Bean Salad: Albacore tuna combined with the flavors of olive oil, red wine vinegar, cannellini bean, sweet red onions, chopped tomatoes, basil, and parsley served on a bed of salad greens. Spinach and Mandarin Orange: A combination of crisp lettuce greens and spinach tossed with celery, scallions, and Mandarin oranges, topped with almonds and a sweet vinaigrette.
