Dec. 5 free concert features TobyMac and Kutless A multi-media concert presented by Pulse and featuring hip-hop artist TobyMac, rock band Kutless, and nationally-acclaimed speaker Nick Hall, is set for 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Alerus Center. The concert is free for anyone with a college ID.
