New facilities and administrative rates set for sponsored programs UND has negotiated a new F&A rate agreement for externally sponsored programs effective retroactive to July 1. Following are the rates that should be used immediately for new competing proposals: Research on-campus, 38% EERC on-campus, 49% Other sponsored projects on-campus, 36.2% Human Nutrition Research Center, 15% Department of Defense Contracts: Research on-campus, 38.5% Research off-campus, 26.5% EERC on-campus, 50% EERC off-campus, 27% For awards received with a beginning of July 1 or after, that had been proposed with the old F&A rates, the University will set these up with the old rates for FY10. These awards will be updated with the new rates as of July 1, 2010. Please plan accordingly if you anticipate additional funding for FY10 or if your award will be ending.
