IPPL will show "Let the Right One In" Oct. 28 The UND-based Institute for Philosophy in Public Life will be showing Swedish horror film "Let the Right One in" at the Empire Arts Center on at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, as a part of their Art and Democracy Film Series. This event is free and open to the public.
