Astronomy public talk is Oct. 27 The department of Physics and Astrophysics will be celebrating the International Year of Astronomy 2009 by holding an astronomy & astrophysics public talk and telescope observing session on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m. in 116 Witmer Hall. The talk, "Time Travellers," will be presented by Tim Young (Physics and Astrophysics/UND).
