Remembrance ceremony set for Sept. 11 Student Government will mark the fifth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks by holding a remembrance ceremony at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, in front of the Union. Gov. John Hoeven, North Dakota National Guard State Command Sgt. Major Jack Cripe, Commander of the North Dakota Air National Guard Al Palmer, Dean of Students Lillian Elsinga, Student Body President Nathan Martindale, and Student Body Vice President Nathaniel Hilliard will be among the guests speaking at the event.
