Museum Cafe announces new menu ITALIAN SUBMARINE SANDWICH An assortment of pepperoni, salami, sliced red onions, tomatoes, black olives served on a baguette with a marinara spread. SALMON LOX BAGEL Smoked salmon lox, combined with candied bacon, served on a bagel. CHEDDAR CHICKEN AND BACON WRAP Sliced chicken wrapped with cheddar cheese and bacon. FRENCH DIP Sliced roast beef on a baguette, served with au jus. GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH SPINACH AND BACON FRITTATA An Italian-style flat omelet cooked with spinach, bacon and cheddar cheese. GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD A flavorful blend of mushrooms, cucumber, tomato, spring greens, and chicken, combined with a zesty Dijon vinaigrette. TUNA WHITE BEAN SALAD Tuna combined with the flavors of olive oil, red wine vinegar, cannellini beans, chopped tomatoes, red onion, basil, parsley, served on green lettuce. CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP Ask server about dessert.
