University Ave. will be one-lane from State St. to Columbia The City of Grand Forks would like to notify residents and motorists that traffic on University Avenue from State Street to Columbia Road will be limited to one lane traffic starting today, Aug. 4. Motorists are urged to use an alternate route while work is being done. Crews will be doing roadway repair as they prepare the area for a resurfacing project.
