Two new wellness programs available · MyHealthCenter is an on-line tool to help you and your family with your overall health and the ability to earn up to $250 in incentives and prizes each calendar year. Employee children (up to age 12) can also earn prizes. · The Health Club Credit allows up to $20 monthly for exercising 12 days each month at a participating health facility. This credit is available for each employee AND spouse or dependent over 18 years of age (That is a $480 return for two) The UND Wellness Center is a participating facility. To enroll, bring your insurance card and the My Health Center Welcome Letter to the health facility to enroll. A copy of the letter is available at http://www.nd.gov/ndpers/ under the My Health Center logo. You can also combine efforts of the two programs to earn the $250 a year.
