New UND Health/Wellness blog focuses on H1N1 Flu, other health, wellness topics
UND has started a Health/Wellness blog to help better inform students, faculty and staff about the H1N1 Flu virus, as well as other health and wellness issues. To find the blog, go to UND's main web page (www.und.edu) and look for "Health/Wellness" under “FEATURES” on the right side of the page. On the site, you'll find links to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), UND Student Health Services, North Dakota Department of Health, Grand Forks Public Health, Altru Health Systems, the World Health Organization, and CDC Emergency (the Centers for Disease Control's Twitter site).
We hope you'll take a moment to look at the information below, particularly the sections on H1N1 Symptoms, Follow Disease Prevention Practices and What Can Employees Do to Reduce the Spread of H1N1 Flu in the Workplace?
You'll find the same information on the blog. At times, we will post information on the blog but not include all of the information in e-mails like this one. We encourage you to check the blog periodically. If you have health/wellness information to pass along to the University community (new programs, special events, etc.), let me know and we will consider adding the information to the blog.
