Remember to use updated IRB forms The Institutional Review Board updates forms on its web site to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and to ensure ease of use for faculty, staff, and students who submit proposals. Researchers submitting proposals to the IRB are reminded to obtain the most current forms from the forms section of the IRB website: http://www.und.nodak.edu/dept/rdc/regucomm/IRB/Forms.htm Proposals submitted on outdated forms will be returned to the researcher for re-submission on the correct form.
