Parking restricted near Steam Plant Due to a contract change with the steam plant, coal is now being delivered by semi instead of rail. The delivery is restricted to specific times, and will impact parking along Campus Road. The area affected is directly west of the Steam Plant. Signs have been placed indicating “no parking between 5:30 p.m. and 6 a.m., seven days a week, violators towed.” This will be strictly enforced in order to assure delivery of the coal.
