Flexible benefits deadline is 4:30 p.m. March 31 If you have money remaining in your 2008 medical and/or dependent care FlexComp accounts, you have until 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, to submit any claims for reimbursement. After that time, any remaining balances will be forfeited. Keep in mind that any expenses incurred prior to March 16, 2009, can be reimbursed to you with 2008 funds. No 2008 reimbursement vouchers will be accepted after 4:30 p.m. March 31. No exceptions will be made for mail delays. If the deadline is approaching, it is advised that you hand-deliver your form directly to the Payroll Office to assure meeting the deadline.
