People's Republic of China Embassy Consul General visits UND Aug. 17 Qiu Xuejun, Counselor and Consul General at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the United States, and Consuls Li Sining and Qin Zhanpeng, will meet with Chinese students at UND Thursday, Aug. 17.
