Hope Across Borders is Feb. 19 Hope Across Borders, The U.S. campus initiative organization for UNICEF, will host the State of the World's Children Address from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, in the Memorial Union Ballroom. This event is shedding light on refugee camps and their current conditions and what UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) is doing to help children survive and be educated.
