Bluegrass Festival is Feb. 21 A Bluegrass Festival will be held at the Empire Arts Center at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from Ticketmaster or at the door before the show. There is also a jam session open to the public at Porpoura Coffeehouse from 1 to 4 p.m. downtown Saturday. This is the fourth annual bluegrass festival at the Empire, packed with talent featuring the WoodPicks from Thief River Falls, Minn., and opening acts including Honky Tonk John, and the Goose River Boys.
