Spaghetti dinner for Honor Flight WW II veterans is Feb. 13 A spaghetti dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, to Honor Flight World War II veterans, at the Grand Forks County Office Building, 151 South Fourth St., sixth floor.
