Nominations, applications sought for vice president for finance and operations The University of North Dakota invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Finance and Operations. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President for Finance and Operations serves as the chief financial officer of the University and helps develop policy and institutional priorities as a member of the President's cabinet. The vice president is expected to be an experienced and entrepreneurial leader who is visionary and committed to fostering fiscal and operational excellence and external partnerships.
