Reporting lines change for ROTC programs Effective Jan. 1, 2009, the reporting lines for both military science (Army ROTC) and Air Force ROTC are reassigned from the provost and vice president for academic affairs to the dean of the College of Business and Public Administration. Dean Dennis Elbert achieved a distinguished service record, retiring as a lieutenant colonel with combat experience.
