Reimbursement of health club memberships The Payroll Office has received several calls regarding the possibility of a reimbursement for health club memberships from Blue Cross/Blue Shield. UND benefitted employees are insured by an NDPERS health insurance plan, which is only administered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Therefore, the NDPERS plan is different than a Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan. At this time, the NDPERS plan DOES NOT offer a reimbursement of a portion of your health club membership dues. Our health insurance plan is up for renewal in the summer of 2009, so no changes are possible until that time.
