Museum Cafe lists specials, soups The North Dakota Museum of Art Cafe lists its daily soups and specials: Dec. 17-19: Soups: Mexican Beef Chili, Knoephla Wednesday: Beef Quesadillas Thursday: Leg of Lamb Friday: Sushi Dec. 22-23: Soup: Tomato Basil Monday: Chicken Roulade Tuesday: Beef Stir-Fry The Museum Cafe is closed Dec. 24, and will re-open Jan. 5.
