Doctoral examination set for Kelly Don Peters The final examination for Kelly Don Peters, a candidate for the Ed.D. degree with a major in educational leadership, is set for 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, in Room 206, Education Building. The dissertation title is "Know Your Audience: An Assessment of Preferred Learning Styles of Freshman Students at Red River High School in Grand Forks, North Dakota."
