2006-2007 Symphony auditions set for Aug. 26 Auditions for the 2006-2007 Symphony season will be held at the Hughes Fine Arts Center Saturday, Aug. 26, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for returning musicians and from 3 until 6 p.m. for newcomers. There are currently known openings for all strings, however all orchestral musicians are encouraged to audition as a call list of auditioned musicians is used when substitutes are called throughout the season.
