U2 offers a new session: Understanding Our Strengths and Weaknesses in the Workplace Are there things you admire about one person's office ethics, yet other working styles drive you crazy? This one-hour session will enable participants to identify their predominant decision-making style through an interactive "compass" activity, where we learn to understand "how" and "why" we work the way we do. Is your department more about co-"blab"-orating or collaborating? No matter the role you play on campus or at home, this is a great way to learn to mine the diverse talents and expertise of your colleagues or family members to build a healthful, productive culture where all learning styles are honored and respected. Come and join the fun! Sessions are held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Thursday, Sept. 11, in 211 Skalicky Tech Incubator, or from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, in Rooms 10-12, Swanson Hall.
