Please return Campus Quality Survey Faculty, staff, and administrators in the 11 North Dakota state universities are being sent a Campus Quality Survey sponsored by the North Dakota University System for the purpose of obtaining information for the December 2008 Accountability Measures Report. This report will provide information for state policy makers, the North Dakota University System, and our campus to continually improve the quality of education and services. The UND Institutional Review Board has approved this study (Project Number: IRB-200808-028). After the completed survey forms are collected at each individual campus, they will be sent directly to Performance Horizons for tabulation and report generation. Please be assured that your responses will be held in confidence and your anonymity will be preserved. No individual’s response will ever be identified in any report.
