ND EPSCoR Announces UND GSRA Awards The North Dakota Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (ND EPSCoR) is pleased to announce the 2008–2010 Graduate Student Research Assistantship (GSRA) awards at the University. The goal of the GSRA program is to increase educational research opportunities for graduating seniors from the four North Dakota University System baccalaureate universities to obtain M.S. and/or Ph.D. degrees in science, engineering, and mathematics at North Dakota’s two research universities, UND and NDSU.
