De-Stress Fest is April 28

Does stress have you in a time warp? Come to De-Stress Fest: “I Will Survive...Keep the 80’s Alive.” The survival party will be held Monday, April 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Memorial Union Loading Dock. There will be tons of fun ways to decompress and relax during this hectic time in the semester. Free chair massages, pet rock making, door prizes, and resources for places on campus and the community to release stress, and so much more. Don’t let the stress of finals stop you from coming out … I hope you join in the fun at De-Stress Fest and relive the 80s in style!

The event is sponsored by Student Health Services, ADAPT Peer Educators, Magna Iota, SHAC, University Counseling Center, Student Success Center, University Program Council, Volunteer Bridge, Wellness Center, and Women’s Center.
