North Dakota Horticultural Society Conference set for July 13-15 The 83rd North Dakota State Horticultural Society Conference is set for Thursday through Saturday, July 13-15, at Clifford Hall. The registration deadline has been extended to Tuesday, July 11. Cost is $45 for both days and $23 for one day. Presentations are: "Wildflowers and Plants: As Medicine and As Food," by Steven Dahlberg, herbalist Stephanie Williams and Aubrey J. Skye; "Japanese Gardens from Awano to Grand Forks" by Anne Smith; "Gardening Feng Shui" and "Gardening by the Moon," presented by Connie Lagerquist. Public and private garden tours are offered.
