The Information Technology Systems and Services desktop support group has negotiated special pricing as part of the large semi-annual student technology fee purchase. This pricing is for University department purchases only. You will find purchase information on the ITSS web page under "Computer Purchases." The purchase prices will be valid until Dec. 31, 2006.
Gateway has placed the University at level II support. In the event that you have to call tech support at Gateway, you should use the following number instead of the number on the side of your computer. Our support number is 1-888-888-2040 and our pin number is 60377. Again this number should be used for all Gateway computers that are under warranty.
