Nominations sought for Governor's Award for Excellence in Public Service The Council of State Employees (COSE) is seeking nominations for the 2006 Governor's Awards for Excellence in Public Service. UND employees may be nominated for these awards by fellow employees, supervisors, or other interested individuals for their accomplishments and contributions in the past year.
