Doctoral examination set for David Bartz The final examination for David Bartz, a candidate for the Ed.D. degree with a major in educational leadership, is set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, in Room 206, Education Building. The dissertation title is "Mentoring and Retention of First and Second Year Teachers in North Dakota Public Schools." Larry Klundt (educational leadership) is the committee chair.
