Reception honors Elaine Metcalfe Oct. 17 Please join in recognizing Elaine Metcalfe as the recipient of the Council for Opportunity in Education Walter O. Mason Award. This prestigious award is the Council’s highest national recognition and honors outstanding educational opportunity professionals for distinguished service and leadership. The recognition will take place from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at the North Dakota Museum of Art.
