Note site license info for Oracle database North Dakota University System entered into an agreement with Oracle to license Oracle database enterprise products for NDUS use, including all institutions. If you have Oracle database licenses either directly, or as part of a service agreement with an application vendor (e.g. Blackboard), you should no longer pay for that license.
