Metcalfe named TRIO Programs director Elaine Metcalfe has accepted the position of director of TRIO Programs. Elaine has been with the University of North Dakota TRIO Programs for 20 years, including the last five years as associate director. She will resume the responsibilities of this new position Aug. 16.
