Paul Carvey to speak at PPT/COBRE seminar Paul M. Carvey, professor and chair, Department of Pharmacology, Rush Medical School, Chicago, Ill., will present a seminar, "In Utero Exposure to LPS (as occurs in Bacterial Vaginosis) as a Risk Factor for Parkinson’s Disease,” Friday, May 11, at 2 p.m. in Room 3933, Edwin James Research Facility, School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Carvey was invited through the Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) and the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology and Therapeutics.
