Second Avenue will close between Hyslop, new parking structure The portion of Second Avenue between the Hyslop Sports Center and the parking ramp will be closed Monday, Feb. 19, through midsummer to allow the contractors more room for construction. Foot traffic should be uninterrupted. Traffic will be permitted to go north on Cornell Street between Swanson Hall and the ramp, but since trucks will continue exiting this direction as well, it could get busy. -- Facilities.
