Doctoral examination set for Rhonda Peters The final examination for Rhonda Peters, a candidate for the Ph.D. degree with a major in engineering, is set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, in Room 166 (dean's conference room), Upson II Hall. The dissertation title is "Development and Parameter Refinement of a Dynamic Simulation Model of a Fixed Speed Stall Control Wind Turbine Under Start-Up Conditions."
