Police Department is upgrading radio system The UND Police Department and all other law enforcement and emergency services agencies in Grand Forks County and the region are updating and changing our radio communications. In order to communicate effectively to those departments on campus that have their own radio systems, the UND PD is asking for all departments who have their own radio communication systems to send an e-mail to danlund@mail.und.edu at UND PD letting us know what frequencies you are running and if you are licensed through the FCC.
