Records Disposal Procedures Dec. 19, 9-10 a.m. Memorial Union, Memorial Room During this workshop you will learn more about the process for destroying or transferring records that have passed their retention time limits. We’ll review the system used, discuss why it’s necessary to document, and you will take part in a hands-on run-through of the entire process. Shipping and Receiving Hazardous Materials Dec. 19, 10 a.m. to noon Memorial Union, Memorial Room Find out what your responsibilities are if you ship or receive hazardous material. If you fill out paperwork for a package, put material in a package, hand a package to a delivery person, receive a package from a delivery person, or open a package containing hazardous material, then you must have this training.
