Doctoral examination set for Wanda Rose The final examination for Wanda Rose, a candidate for the Ph.D. degree with a major in Teaching and Learning, is set for 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, in Room 104, Education Building. The dissertation title is "HB1245: A Case Study of the Process that Rescinded North Dakota's Nursing Education Requirements." Kathleen Gershman (Teaching and Learning) is the committee chair.
