Faculty invited to take part in needs assessment workshop Oct. 22
The College of Education & Human Development and the Department of Educational Foundations & Research invite you to participate in a needs assessment workshop on Monday, Oct. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the River Valley Room, Memorial Union. Participants will explore needs assessment through presentation, hands-on case studies, interactive sessions, and discussion. The workshop will be facilitated by two nationally recognized experts in the field, James Altschuld, professor emeritus from The Ohio State University, and Sonya Hung from the Department of Educational Foundations and Research. Space is limited to 30 registered participants.
Dr. Altschuld’s lecture, “Needs Assessment and Asset/Capacity Building: A Critical Comparison,” 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23 (Ed 113) is free and open to the public.
