Doctoral examination set for Ruth Newton
The doctoral examination for Ruth Newton, a candidate for the Ed.D. degree with a major in Teaching and Learning, is set for 10 a.m. Monday, July 16, in the Education Building, room 347. The dissertation title is "Pre-Service Teachers' Professional Knowledge Development of Phonemic Awareness and Phonics Through Constructivist Learning Engagements." Shelby Barrentine (Teaching and Learning) is the committee chair. The public is invited to attend.
