Here at UND…
IEEE at the University of North Dakota has various involvement components and meetings. We are a solid organization that allows students to obtain valuable hands-on leadership experience both inside and outside of the classroom. Throughout the year, IEEE is involved in multiple local, regional, and national events, as well as host to a few of its own. Our organization regularly coordinates an inspection tour to various electrical engineering firms and leading technology companies in the Midwest. In the past, we’ve toured Northwest Airlines, 3M, Rockwell Automation, and Lockheed Martin to name a few.
Our student branch falls under the auspice of our local Red River Valley Section in Region 4 (Central USA) of IEEE.
