Studio One provides opportunities for local organizations, non-profits and UND departments to become underwriters. Underwriters provide the financial support needed to produce the show and help give students exceptional hands-on experience. Underwriters receive promotional spots on Studio One telecasts, webcasts, and podcasts. Underwriters are also listed on the Studio One website. Promotional spots can be produced for you if your organization does not have a pre-produced spot. Below is some additional information and samples.

Underwriting 30-second video samples:
Underwriters provide the financial support needed to produce the show. Underwriters receive a 30-second “spot” on Studio One telecasts, Web casts, and podcasts. A “spot” is a 30-second video segment that highlights your department, program or organization. Every 30-second spot is produced under your direction. Television Center staff write, shoot and edit promos. After the video is produced clients can use the finished promo any way they wish. Many clients include their promos on their Web pages or on social media sites. Back to top
4-second graphic before online story segments:
In addition to playing the video piece during the show, underwriters are also listed on the Studio One Web site and a 4-second underwriting graphic will appear before each of our online story segments. Back to top
You can use the produced spot in a variety of ways:
Our clients are free to use the produced piece in a variety of applications. Here is a sample of the EERC's use of their underwriting promo video on their Web site.
